In recent years I developed enterprise, portal and e-commerce solutions for the finance, hospitality and IT industry. The tasks have been everything from requirement specification, platform selection, supplier selection, design, development, test management and project management I have +20 years of Leadership experience. Responsibilities have covered every from Loyalty programs, CRM, online business development, Global e-commerce, online tracking, affiliate marketing, SEO, SEM, project management, content editing, CRM, dialogue marketing and technical development. I am characterised as an involved and hands-on manager, who participates actively in the decision-making process from ideation to design of a business plan, planning, development and launch. Through-out my career I have developed and executed online channel strategies, which include rollout of incentive programs, contract negotiation with multinational partners and negotiation of media agreements. In recent years I have helped larger Global companies such as Grundfos, Danfoss, Elgiganten, Codan, ALSO with their digital transformation.
