About Peter Enright

With over 18 years of experience in the outdoor adventure industry, I am passionate about creating memorable and engaging experiences for customers of all ages and backgrounds. I have a degree in Outdoor Education and Leisure, and a FETAC qualification in Outdoor Education, as well as skills in human resources, hospitality, team building, and event management. As the Head of Talent and Resources is a key role within Carlingford Adventure Centre and Skypark Carlingford, responsible for overseeing the entire human resources function, programming operations, and duty management. This role is central to driving high-quality standards across all activities, ensuring the alignment of company values and processes, and fostering a cohesive team environment. I also work closely with external partners, such as schools, corporate clients, and tourism agencies, to design and implement customized packages and events that meet their specific needs and expectations.
