About Peter Esch

I am an IT Application Lead with more than 25 years of experience in highly regulated IVD and Life Science environments. My professional focus is at the intersection of R&D, IT and business units, where I translate complex requirements into secure, scalable and compliant IT solutions.Over the course of my career, I have evolved from a system integration role into a steering and coordinating function, taking responsibility for IT demand management, project portfolio structuring and governance within R&D organizations.I have supported and led end to end development projects, technology transfers and internal IT transformation initiatives. This includes the replacement of core R&D applications such as ALM systems and the establishment of an internal Power Platform with clearly defined governance structures. My strength lies in structuring complexity, aligning diverse stakeholders and ensuring that technical feasibility, regulatory compliance and business value are consistently balanced.I am experienced in international environments and can operate both in IT driven roles and directly within R&D Life Science organizations.STRATEC SE Germany Since Aug | 25+ years of driving innovation in IVD & Life Sciences
