About Peter Esdaile

An experienced programme manager with a strongly technical background who successfully delivers programmes focussed on the business drivers through a balanced leadership style engaging across the organisation. Ability to maintain the focus on the business needs whilst developing the delivery strategy around the vision to create the operational and technical projects associated with the programme. I set up Diazo Limited in September 2011 to provide contract programme and project management skills to the Broadcast Industry. Having gained valuable experience as a supplier with Sony Broadcast and as a customer at BSkyB, I identified a key challenge in delivering technical projects in the Broadcast Industry being the differing perspectives of operational and engineering teams. To address this, I have developed a core methodology based on some of the techniques of MSP (Managing Successful Programmes) to provide a strong framework for delivering the Vision of a programme with the help of all the operational, technical and management teams and from this provide firm foundations for delivery of the associated projects. Diazo offers consultancy services for Programme Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, Solution Architecture and PMO - core skills that are essential as the ideas for projects evolve but also ones that may be overlooked as people rush to implementation when they underestimate their value for delivering successfully.
