As Sales Manager for contract implementation it is my responsibility together with our Key Account Managers to implement our contract and framework agreements, to a mutual satisfaction for both parties. Ask yourself a simple question; “When we spend a lot of hours and resources negotiating our contractual agreements, why not get the best out of it?” - With this in mind, we owe ourselves to ensure full compliance and to get the most out of the cooperation for all parties. It must be of the highest interest that we meet the expectations for our customers procurement team as well as our sales team, thus achieving a common profitable business. I call it; “Business development in partnership”. Over the years I have built up la lot of valuable experience in implementing large and complex strategic frameworks, always based on the individual customer and with interest of the business parther and stakeholders we work with. I always approach new tasks with great curiosity in order to understand my collaborators, simply based on one of my mantras;"seek the understanding of others, before you can make them understand you". To create the foundation for a strong and mutual cooperation, we must work together to create changes and change habits, always with respect for each other. I prefer to handle assignments with a solution-oriented approach, always being open to other people’s suggestions and being flexible, without compromising with my own opinions and targets.
