About Peter Fischer

Since July 2021 I am in a management position within the E.ON Group - Bayernwerk Netz GmbH. I am responsible for Portfolio and Performance Management (PPM), leading four teams. My team has implemented a new PPM Process incl. a new setup of a Project Data Base to monitor/steer the whole Asset Base of the power grid under control. Next to this we set up the new dynamic reporting based on Power BI, that enables us to drill down from a management view to the single items. Our next journey will be the implementation of the capacity and ressource planning tool to be on the spot of our challenging targets. Bevor I started my new path within the power supply industry, I had the opportunity to proof my competences in strategic project & change management, process optimization and standardization on various international projects within the UniCredit Group. Using the standard methods like agile project management of Scrum or PMI. I was also a founding member of the new implemented In-house Consulting unit in 2007. Due to the nature of the various projects I gained a deep knowledge in organization, transformation and strategic business development.
