I bring a wide experience within the IT program- and project management areas in both traditional and agile styles and have specialized in the IT Security, quality assurance, testing and Telco areas I have been successful as a Project Manager in large multi cultural IT projects, within both national and international projects having budgets above 100 million DKK. I have- Managed the full process of performing a TIBER test with a data central and several banks from performing an RFP to hire a third party vendor to deliver TI and RT services, to performing of a 6 month long active Red Team test, incl. delivery of TI and RT test result reports - Managed and ensured qualitative performing of Cyber Stress Test under aegis of the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority - Acted as IT Management consultant- Documented contracts and agreements in both the private and government areas - Participated in pre-contract qualification documentation - Supported and educated PwC internal IT Project and Program Managers- Participated in development of global PwC project management method and frameworks.
