I have also throughout my career held operational factory management roles which has provided me with a strong grounding in the manufacturing sector. I have worked primarily in sales and marketing, product development, and national divisional management roles. I have a proven track record in management, development of new business and new products. My expertise also extends to staff and operational management, motivating sales and manufacturing teams and a strong track record in meeting and exceeding targets and budgets. I have now added transport and logistics to my skill set making me a more complete management professional.
