Solving problems is what I enjoy most: Fixing a broken process, solving a technical challenge, finding the root cause of a quality issue. And I enjoy the journey: Understanding the problem, getting different perspectives, learning new things, driving alignment and direction. My belief is that the best solutions to complex problems are found by open debates in teams in which everybody feels respected and is happy to provide input.
