About Peter Franke
Lawyer under the Swedish Bar Association and one of the founders of Franke & de la Fuente Abogados. My legal career in Sweden took me from court service, to the Swedish Prosecution Office and then to the role of lawyer where I spent the last few years working exclusively as a criminal defence lawyer. Now more than 5 years after our move to Marbella I find myself in a completely different role.At Franke & de la Fuente, I spend most of my time on organisation, business development and mentoring young lawyers. The Spanish housing market is a very dynamic and exciting market to work in for a lawyer. Not only for me personally as I get to develop culturally and business wise but also because there is so much potential for development! The Costa del Sol coast is a great place to live and more and more people are turning their investments towards this market.
