About Peter Fridh

For 25 years, I have worked with marketing, project management and process improvement in different businesses and organizations. I’m passionate about challenging both myself and others. To jointly move boundaries leads to a high level of commitment in the team, creating job satisfaction and result, both for individuals and the company. It is important for me to work result oriented. I’m very analytic and structured with an ability to prioritize and a sense of urgency. It gives a high efficiency in my work with great results. I like to work in a fast pace and I often handle many different tasks in parallel. I'm not afraid to tackle complex problems because with a structured approach most problems can be solved. Everything is possible! I like working in teams, but I have no problem to roll up my sleeves and work independently. I build my leadership on openness and to listen to my employees. I’m clear in both my message and in my expectations. I’m consistent, fair and I require results. I inspire my employees to expand their boundaries and to do things they didn't think was possible.
