Serving on a Board of Directors and relevant committees permits me to apply my financial industry expertise toward the governance and direction of the company. I am a seasoned leader who has successfully managed businesses through the challenges of severe economic and financial cycles. As a Leader, my value was reflected as an executive team member volunteering to address the most difficult challenges, and having developed and mentored many future leaders in their careers. I continue to coach and mentor individuals in their careers and especially through transitions. As a consultant, I am able to bring breadth and depth to management challenges in the housing and financial markets domains, and in strategy, risk management and governance of organizations.
