With over 25 years’ experience in workplace services, corporate hospitality, luxury hotels and private service, I hold a unique understanding of how to tailor customer service solutions to exceed client expectations. With extensive experience in hospitality leadership my focus is on ensuring the customer's experience is always at the forefront. Following this approach, I have delivered and designed a range of training programs to provide the elevated standards of service required by discerning private employers, leading corporations and 6-star hotels and resorts internationally. Moving into leadership and management positions in the corporate service arena, I have demonstrated strong business development, retention and growth outcomes, and progressed to the executive management team of Australia’s leading workplace services company, incorporating client engagement.
