I have built and overseen global frameworks spanning ISO 27001, ISO ISO 9001, ISO 22301, ISO 14001, SOC 2 and GDPR, ensuring governance, security and resilience across a fast-growing, multi-jurisdiction business. With more than 25 years’ experience, I specialise in turning regulatory obligations into practical strategies that strengthen risk posture, unlock market opportunities, and build cultures of accountability. My career has taken me across financial services, professional services, and technology, and I bring the ability to adapt governance models to complex and changing environments. Recent highlights include: • Driving a successful ISO/IEC 27001:2022 transition audit across the group. • Designing a global supplier governance framework aligned with DORA and NIS2. • Leading SOC 2 and ISAE assurance programmes to enhance customer trust. • Building a groupwide Environmental Management System with CSRD-aligned carbon monitoring across multiple regions. Beyond certifications and frameworks, I have led major organisational transformations, introduced integrated management systems across global teams, and steered programmes that balance compliance with innovation. I work closely with boards, regulators, auditors and customers, providing assurance while keeping governance light enough to enable growth.
