Please see below for a summary of my past experience- Risk Modeling & Portfolio Allocation: Did a Quantitative Research Internship at a bank's QIS team. VaR models, Back testing, Optimization framework, Sensitivity analysis, QIS design- Data Engineering & Cleansing: Worked as a Research Assistant for Nobel Laureate Professor Thomas Sargent at NYU. Data mining with Selenium, Data cleansing, Web-app building with PlotlyDash- AI & ML: Built a RAG chatbot for 10-K filings of S & P500 companies, answering risk analytics queries. Fine-tuned LLMs to classify hawkishness sentiment from Fed Open Market Committee (FOMC) meeting records, built a trading strategy on this signal.
