About Peter Gawith

I am a Corporate Strategy Director at AlixPartners for the EMEA region, working with the respective client-facing leadership and stakeholders to develop and execute our practice strategies. My role includes designing and driving the client-facing strategic growth initiatives across EMEA, progressing digital innovation, developing our M&A strategy, and identifying new and strategic areas for growth. The role requires strong project and stakeholder management, ensuring alignment and collaboration across the region, including both our client-facing and non-client facing teams, data analytics, business case evaluation and most importantly strategic judgement. I have over fifteen years of consulting experience. I joined AlixPartners in 2012. My experience has covered digital transformation, restructuring, retail, consumer products and financial services. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Financial Management & Business, a distinction in Digital Business Strategy from MIT and am a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
