My career has been defined by two connected chapters: Advising the Market: For over two decades, I built and led Financial Sponsors teams in investment banking (Scotiabank, TD), advising top-tier pension and private equity firms on their most critical M&A and financing strategies. Driving Strategy from Within: I then brought that expertise in-house to BCI, a major Canadian pension plan, to architect market-leading investment strategies. I now build the innovative capital solutions—from continuation vehicles to structured equity—that give institutional investors a competitive edge. By combining deep sell-side advisory experience with a buy-side principal mindset, I deliver a unique perspective on what drives returns.
