About Peter Gorman

Peter Gorman is passionate about improving the world by designing and building better human experiences. His diverse and versatile expertise is best employed breaking down complex problem spaces into valuable and actionable project opportunities, brining order to chaos with team organization and leadership, uncovering genuine human needs to identify valuable design opportunities, and bringing together nascent organizational goals, raw data, and multi-disciplinary teams to produce products and services that delight customers. He has 15 years of multi-disciplinary experience, including product management (5), human-centered design (5), strategic and management consulting (10), and community organizing (5). Peter has worked extensively in the public sector, working for and partnering with a dozen federal agencies including the Social Security Administration and the Department of Homeland Security. He has also led successful product and program teams in both small business startups and large Fortune 500 companies. Peter has previously been an instructor of human-centered design at Duke University and has provided strategy and management support to nonprofits like the Federal Innovations Network and other federal, state, and local advocacy organizations.
