About Peter Goss

Attorney Peter Goss is a founding member of The Goss Law Firm, P.C. and has been practicing in the areas of personal injury and mass tort litigation his entire career. Mr. Goss has represented and obtained favorable results for countless victims of automobile collisions, slip and fall accidents, severe burn injuries, railroad accidents, medical malpractice, and others. Mr. Goss has also represented hundreds of clients in mass tort litigation, including those injured by Guidant and Medtronic Defibrillators, the Ortho Evra Birth Control Patch, the Kugel Hernia Patch, Vioxx, Avandia, and Yaz/Yasmin, to name a few. In his practice, Mr. Goss has maintained a dedication to client interaction and has worked tirelessly to ensure that his clients are fairly compensated for their injuries. Mr. Goss is a member, in good standing, of the Kansas, Missouri, and New Jersey state courts. He is also a member of the United States District Courts for the Districts of Kansas, Missouri, and New Jersey. Mr. Goss is actively involved in several chartable and professional organizations, including the American Association for Justice, Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, and National Trial Lawyers Association. In 2010, Mr. Goss graduated from the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association's Bar Leadership Academy, which is designed to enhance skills to become a leader in service to the legal profession and the overall community, and he also sits on the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association's Young Lawyers Section's Board of Directors.
