With multiple years of executive leadership experience in consumer products and in the financial industry with Fortune 100 companies, I have created accelerated revenue growth in Business-to-Business and Direct-to-Consumer markets from startup to $500MM. Strong financial and analytical skills with ability to move quickly from insight to action. Demonstrated ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with peers and key business partners. Strong focus on planning and effective change management, and developing strategies to achieve organizational goals. My business experience includes more than 18 years in management in the direct selling industry. This industry includes some of the most respected names in consumer products – Mary Kay, Shaklee, NuSkin, Amway, etc. My assignments at Morinda/Tahitian Noni International, the Tiens Group of China, and Chews-4-Health International were in Operations, Finance, Business Development, and General Management. I have also worked in a consulting role with several more direct selling companies, including Enjo, Meritum Group, Newtopia, ACN, and others, as well as with the Direct Selling Association itself. Designed, launched, and implemented compensation plan systems, field training programs, skin care and nutritional products, and presented at numerous training and sales events for up to attendees. Increased productivity and achieved cost savings through implementation of technology solutions in logistics, warehousing, inventory management, accounting, and financial controls. It was my privilege to serve for several years on the Board of Directors of the Direct Seller’s Association of Canada, including Vice Chairman and Chairman-elect of the Board. In addition, my experience includes 10 years at Bank of America in administrative management and foreign exchange trading.
