As a Culture and People Leader, I connect people and ideas to align with the organizational vision and mission. Leading high-impact, high-performing teams, I oversee communications, executive management, strategy, organizational change, and human resources across multiple industries including the public sector and professional services. I'm an integrator who cares deeply about the people around me, fostering trusting and inclusive relationships at all levels. My agility and adaptability enable me to effectively lead others through change and drive strategy. From executive communications, speaking engagements, and media appearances, to the design and delivery of multi-million-dollar conferences and events, I have extensive experience planning and delivering programs across large matrixed organizations. Additionally, I’ve served as a spokesperson for large public sector organizations, participating in hundreds of interviews across television, radio, print and online. I’m at my best when I’m able to meaningfully collaborate, support the development of others, unlock human potential, make progress on diversity and inclusion, and have fun. As an inspiring leader, I believe in service leadership and dedication to inclusion, developing others to be their best through active coaching and mentorship.
