Been regularly employed in the Construction Industry, Offshore and Onshore in UK, Offshore and Abroad, for the past thirty years within the following companies:Three60 Energy-Resol Sinopec, Woodgroup, Amec, Grootcon UK, APG, Turmeric, UK Construction, Babcock’s and Capper Pipe Services. Working from Isometric Drawings, P & ID’S overseeing fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of large equipments, skids and associated piping and structural works. Have over 20 years Supervisory experience as a Multi-Disciplined Construction Supervisor, Foreman and Charge hand ensuring that all supervisors’ roles and responsibilities are understood and met by all.Description of current typical daily duties.1. Log, Itemize and file job cards/ work packs received.2. Plan out forthcoming and ongoing work fronts.3. Manage plant & materials.4. Apply for necessary permits.5. Liaise with Rigging/Scaffold/Insulation/NDT Foreman for future requirements.6. Before work commences, ensure workforce receive detailed instruction of what is required, possible hazards, and safety points - i.e. toolbox, safety talks.7. Keep Engineers & project management team up to date scope status.8. Attend daily offshore platform planning and permit meetings9. Liaise with Engineers and other disciplines to avoid congestion.10. Continually assess and assist workforce.11. Carry out Site Safety checks, Advanced Safety Audits and assist at Safety meetings and Risk Assessments.12. Complete daily timesheets.13. Give Progress Percentages on a weekly basis.14. For additional or out of scope work, estimate man-hours and materials required. Generally monitor all work fronts quality and progress.(Targets, dates etc.)16. Oversee the pre and commissioning activities, sign off and log completed work packs and submit to appropriate departments.17. Assess manning levels in relation to work scope and relay opinions.18. Prepare red-line drawings and hand-over notes for back to back relief.
