In my current role as Customer Support Manager I lead and motivate a team of technical and functional analysts engaged in the support of customer’s ERP systems on a day to day basis. Supporting customers on a variety of platform including on premises, remote hosted, Azure private cloud and public cloud(SaaS). I have progressed through a range of disciplines within the Manufacturing and IT sectors and I have throughout my career sought to develop and improve my own capabilities and bring those new skills to bear in whatever project I am engaged on at the time. From my start in automotive component manufacturing, I have moved through quality, materials/logistics and on into IT with the experience gained in all areas adding to the skill set I bring to bear in the area of ERP systems implementation and support where I now specialize. I have an in-depth knowledge of Quality systems including ISO, SPC, Kan-Ban and Lean concepts. I have worked for multinational automotive companies supplying into all the major automotive OEMs. The areas included Production systems implementation, Supply chain integration and IT systems integration including ERP, working on projects in Ireland, Spain and Germany. Though my passion is always to bring new ways of working into play in all that I do, I would say that above all, my core skill is my ability to communicate well with people.
