I’m a visionary Global Procurement Executive with experience across diverse industries including Life Sciences, Security Equipment Manufacturing, Telecom, Plastic Consumer Products, Oil & Gas, and Management Consulting, and spanning publicly and PE-held startup, high growth and turnaround operations. Representative Accomplishments: M&A DUE DILIGENCE AND INTEGRATION—Led procurement due diligence for $13.6B acquisition of Life Technologies by Thermo Fisher Scientific and captured $82M in synergies, vastly outperforming target of $40M OPERATIONS LEADERSHIP—Played key role in driving standardization and best practices across 13 Thermo Fisher divisions, delivering $250M in annual operational improvements. SUPPLY CHAIN REENGINEERING—Co-Led telecom manufacturer, Krone Group, out of bankruptcy in 11 months with a $30M improvement in revenue and $16M improvement in positive cash flow. BPO—Formulated value proposition for Big Four organization to establish BPO Procurement practice and rapidly generated a global clientele. INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE—Directed global sourcing, procurement and supply chain management across the Americas, APAC, India, the Middle East and Europe. When I’m not working I am passionate about cycling and have cycled across the US and Europe. I also have a deep interest in Meteorology.
