About Peter Grasso

While in the lawn care industry, I amassed 18+ years of thoroughly intense experience. This experience included but was not limited to top customer service management; complaint handling/resolution; elevated customer satisfaction; retention; team building and training; mentoring; pertinent and thorough lawn care applications. I also diagnosed problems within the turf grass environment in all seasons and conditions, creating a beneficial approach resulting in a positive impact on the overall health of any given lawn. My goals are to continue to be consistent, dedicated, committed.and to strive to continue to be one of THE best at what I do. I had created, through my efforts, a very strong legion of satisfied customers throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. I was always trying to develop and improve, with wild success, the ART of lawn care. I now work in the energy supply industry as well, driving propane and oil trucks throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts in all kinds of weather, through all types of terrain, with extreme confidence. It's an extremely mentally and physically challenging on-going learning process that will never end.My entire working life has been one dedicated to trying to provide the best, most consistently great service to customers.and the companies I work for. I began working for Wal-Mart in July of 2021 at distribution center 6030 in Raymond, NH. It is a very demanding workplace that is not for people without strong determination and an excellent work ethic as the most basic pre-requisites. They do offer incentives to help keep you there, but you had better prepare your mind, body and spirit as they say, because it's a very tough gig.
