Peter, as Co-Principal of Laing +Simmons Miranda with his partner Michelle Green and now with his three experienced sons, Michael, Stephen and Christopher, an important part of the business supported by a professional executive team all with strong family values and work ethic. After a successful career providing advertising & marketing advice to some of Australia's largest property groups, Peter started their business in 2004. He leads the sales team at Laing + Simmons Miranda. Peter brings all his creative advertising and marketing experience to ensure your property is presented in its most appealing manner and uses an extensive database of qualified buyers and sellers to ensure the best outcomes for all parties. Peter has a great deal of skill in negotiating and securing sales at the highest possible price in the quickest amount of time. Peter also provides in-depth experience in property development and project marketing helping local owners and buyers through the re-zoning opportunities in the Shire, while also working with project marketers & developers taking their developments from DA approval to successful pre-sales to stress-free settlement.
