Peter focuses on brand search, selection and negotiation workstreams across geographies and leads on complex, large-scale development consultancy mandates requiring an in-depth understanding of the design process and development financial viability. His experience includes branded residences contract negotiations and commercial structuring, floorplan masterplan review, and bespoke financial modelling for complex development opportunities. Peter joined Savills in 2019 with almost a decade of experience in design, development, asset management and advisory. Peter started his career as an architect/urban designer working on several large-scale residential, mixed-use, education and business space masterplans worldwide. After acquiring an MSc at Henley Business School, Peter transitioned into development roles, working for private and public sector organisations focusing on financial modelling and residential development.
