Over my 20-year career after receiving my PhD in Chemical Engineering I have worked on technical projects including magnets made from epoxy composites, plasma technologies for surfaces to improve adhesion and apply thin layers, and LED encapsulant development with silicones and nanocomposites. My broad technical experience has helped me to provide the knowledge to contribute Pixelligent’s efforts to become a global leader in high-quality, high refractive index nanocomposite formulations. I have been a strong part of inventing and modifying formulations as well as expanding upon Pixelligent’s IP portfolio. Specialties: Nanocomposites, UV-curable formulations, nanoimprinting, inkjet-printing, polymer rheology, filler surface modification, polymer mixing/compounding and blends, metallic powder coatings, organometallic chemistry, thermal and mechanical testing, crystallization, magnetic property measurements, atmospheric plasmas OUR TECHNOLOGY / PRODUCTS Pixelligent specializes in developing and producing high-performance nanocomposites and advanced materials at commercial scale. We have developed two families of high-index formulations – PixJet® for applications that requires inkjettable materials, and PixNIL® for applications that require nanoimprintable materials. This team also works closely with partners and customers to integrate Pixelligent’s novel nanomaterials into other high-value formulations that solve challenging technical problems.
