I am a CEO and Non-Executive Director, primarily in the FMCG/Food & Beverage sectors. As a CEO I have built a strong track record of driving significant top & bottom-line growth in both public and private companies, as well as in joint-ventures, family-run businesses and start-ups both in the UK and in international markets. My key strengths are strategic thought leadership and Commercial planning and execution, combined with a heavy bias for action. My key achievements have been managing turnarounds, and as CMO playing a leadership role in resetting the strategic agenda for global brands. More recent roles have focused on advising smaller businesses including start-ups on growth acquisition & management, scale-up and/or exit. I am currently retained as an expert adviser by Food Strategy Associates, working as part of FSA's teams on strategy projects as well as mergers & acquisitions - buy and sell-side. I am based just outside London, and have dual UK and Spanish nationality. I am fluent in English, Spanish and French, and have managed businesses in the UK, the US, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and Asia. I am motivated by fast-moving, dynamic consumer markets and by the challenge of change management in entrepreneurial company cultures.
