About Peter Haar

I started my career as an industrial software developer in the bakery industry, developing and implementing large automated systems for large bakeries. The great experience gained with this offered me a ticket into Information Management where I started off implementing and customising/configuring software for the management and tracking of paper files in any organisation. I got introduced in the world of colour coding, bar coding and tracking systems. The next leap was moving into Electronic Document and Records Management Systems and found my way into the OpenText software offering of TRIM Context, Records Manager and Content Manager (the world leading EDRMS). Due to the love and passion for this product we decided in 2006 to start a business solely focussed in the implementation, configuration and support of this fantastic product. My career has been a real "rollercoaster" ever since and I am enjoying every minute of it. We have grown to be the center of excellence in New Zealand and Europe when it comes to services around TRIM/Records Manager/Content Manager and related products and systems like imaging solutions. To further diversify I have also started EDRM Consultancy bv in the Netherlands because I want to also make the same difference as we do in New Zealand and bring that experience and knowledge to the Netherlands and Europe. We want to be able to share my wealth of experience with the European market and introduce to you all the innovative solutions that we have developed in Australasia.
