Meet the team: Andrea Ruffing and her great team of the CISPA Cysec Lab take care of scientific events, outreach events and other activities in order to foster young people's interest in and the general public's understanding of cyber security topics. They create and promote cybersecurity workshops and challenges for third parties, aged 10 and above. The goal of Lena Gotsche, Pauline Balke and Flavia Esposito, the Scientific Talent Acquisition Team, is to attract talented young researchers to CISPA and assist our Faculty in their quest for finding excellent and motivated team members. They coordinate recruiting events, offer consultations for job ads in academia, and explore all kinds of measures to make career options at CISPA - in science and beyond - visible to the world. The Application Management Team coordinates everything that needs to be done before HR takes over. Julia Haag, Susanne Kribelbauer-Duhl, Olga Braß and Connie Conrad work towards ensuring that job ads and application procedures in research, science support and administration run smoothly. Our Onboarding & Integration Team ensures a good start and a great stay at CISPA and in the Saarland region with relevant information and assistance (e.g, finding an apartment, navigating German bureaucracy and life, dual career questions). Michaela Neumayr, Ecem Kus, Alexander Baltes, Celina Speicher and Miriam Menzel help our new employees to find their own way around their new workplace and home. All of this is support by Jacqueline Munkelt, who has an eye on internal processes, procurement and organizational support, and Walter Ries, who is a marketing and event expert. In addition, we are very lucky to be supported by very dedicated working students. A shoutout to Somayeh Amin, Grace Ntiwa, Catalina Albert and Nahyan Mottalib Pantho.
