With 25+ years of experience at Sales & Marketing, Peter’s current mission is to firmly establish the strategic focus within operative structures at Baumit in Southeast Europe and to change the view from threats in a market into chances by steering the market by own initiative to become the leading company in building materials. As the Head of this region, Peter manages to share the experiences of Baumit companies which have already reached the leading position and to implement these under local market circumstances. Prior to his current role at Baumit, Peter was in charge for the EU - business channel classic retail & DIY for Wolfplastics as well as production planning and warehouse-mgmt. The fundamental experience of 4Ps he gained at Exxon-Mobil Corporation and Automobile-retail organisations.
