All retailers we are talking to today spend a lot of time thinking about this. How can we create new business initiatives, get closer to our customers and include them in the journey? How can Data & Analytics improve Retail/CPG sustainability? How can Data & Analytics improve Supply Chain sustainability? Can Data & Analytics help an organisation better understand its true impact on the environment and how to reduce it? Can sustainability boost customer engagement/experience? How can Retailers/CPG’s balance sustainability efforts, whilst also recovering from COVID and adjusting to a post-pandemic environment? I have had the opportunity to work with some of the largest retailer and manufactures in the Nordic with everything from infrastructure to Supply Chain and ERP systems for over 20 years.
