About Peter Hampton

I have worked in many industries over my employment life, from farming to hospitality, pharmaceutical and manufacturing, along the way learning from each. Whilst my positions and industries have changed, one thing has remained, no matter where I start, wether from the lowest position to middle management, I have always progressed through dedication to my work and the ability to find improvements, lead by example and always be on the lookout for ways to improve the process, the culture, or the outcome. With my current employment, I started with an empty shed, from there we positioned machines, racking and other equipment with a vision towards product flow, expansion and production efficiency in mind, “achieve more with less”. Using my lean training I implemented processes that have helped the site achieve some of the highest efficiency scores in the business. I am a leader who works with his staff as one team, to achieve our goals and to create a co-operative environment.
