About Peter Hansford

As a former agribusiness executive and a clean technology advocate I have a longstanding passion for sustainable industry development in regional Australia. Businesses have a significant challenge in managing energy costs, remaining competitive and meeting the environmental standards of customers and stakeholders. I have worked in both the private and government sectors in a myriad of business facing roles. Using strategy, innovative project design, leadership and communication skills, I want to work with businesses to enable a secure food and energy future through regional cleantech solutions. With experience in community and business engagement, strategy, communications and project design and advocacy, I seek to maximise the exposure of local technologies and support local employment and regional development opportunities.
