Undertaking work in a calm and diligent manner whilst thriving in a highly pressurised and challenging work environment. I am a highly engaging Crime Scene Investigator Trainer. I possess excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decisions, and to develop and maintain positive internal and external relationships. I enjoy being part of a successful, productive and inspiring team. I moved to the training environment having worked as a Divisional CSI so that I can make an impact on a larger scale. I am now able to train people from across the UK in the field of Crime Scene Investigation and all that the job role encompasses, using a clear, concise and methodical approach that ultimately supports the criminal justice system.
