25 Year executive entrepreneurial career, providing sales & marketing leadership for high-growth, private and public companies. My career path is sales and marketing of satellite and fiber transmission services for the broadcast television marketplace. At BEI (dba The Switch), our customers are TV stations, broadcast networks, video carriers, venues, individual television shows, studios, production houses. We offer metro video switching and inter-city and inter-continental transmission for both scheduled and on demand transmissions for video and ethernet. In addition, we offer studio facilities in Los Angeles, Burbank and London; satellite downlinking in Los Angeles and London. Our facilities include a variety of production and encoding services for Over The Top delivery as well as video transmission over the internet when fiber is not available. Major career experience at IDB Communications (1984-1994) start-up that went public in 1985. I have also worked for start-ups in MPEG streaming (Xing 1995, sold to Real Networks); software companies (Scala & Luckman & LendingApps); Video over ATM box manufactuer (Synctrix).
