With over 22 years of experience in the US Army, I am a dedicated and skilled Company First Sergeant with a passion for information technology, forensics and security. I have a proven track record of advising commanders, managing personnel, enforcing standards, and coordinating training and operations. I am motivated by the mission of protecting the nation and its allies, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team as a forensics media review manager and a senior communications advisor.My previous role as a Company First Sergeant at US Army Signal, Intelligence and Sustainment Company, was to oversee the welfare, training, counseling, and discipline of 290 Soldiers, while maintaining the highest retention rate in the organization. To the Commander on enlisted matters, promotions, personnel accountability, and standard compliance with DoD regulations. As an IT project manager, I am experienced with the Risk Management Framework and have experience with coordinating projects concerning unclassified, classified and Top Secret information. Was also responsible for presenting briefings, preparing documents, and supporting training objectives and risk mitigation.
