I am a system engineer with 19 years’ experience developing practical security requirements and implementing cost effective solutions for IT security management. I believe that good security solutions stem from solid requirements that are both dynamic and adaptable enough to meet a constantly changing threat landscape. I have experience in developing these types of requirements. In addition, I believe security management controls should be both preventative and detective in nature, and have many years of experience with these types of solutions. In particular, I strongly believe in utilizing automated methods where possible, and have committed a number of years to successful implementation of these types of controls.
