Now working as a principal support engineer at Infratects. Previously as a teamleader which role was for managing the engineers which are in the office and do support work for our customers and contracts. In the meantime keeping an eye on all EPM related work, scheduling, maintaning etc.Also the internal infrastructure and process flow management is in the job. Also keep track on customer relations, the customer need and customer support. The main software package we work with is Oracle EPM 11. Oracle Hyperion version 9.3.x, Hyperion 9.2 and all older products of hyperion. Also databases are maintaned like Oracle 10g and 11g. And working with SQL server 2005 and 2008 Before worked as a technical consultant on mainly EPM software such as Hyperion and Cognos. Also the technical designs, installations and integrations of environments is part of the job. Also some pre-sales to implementations of the BPM software and after work, with some maintenance for the customer is supplied. The specialization for me will also be in the database sphere for Oracle and SQL server. Specialties: Installation of OS, Windows 2003, 2008, and older microsoft OS products.Installation of Hyperion products, Oracle products like RDBMS and EPM, Cognos, Arcplan. Maintaning environments, Error handling, performance tuning.
