I love to help people who want to improve their situation, their work, their company. I like growth and the ambition to achieve something great in serving others. Not just "doing the job". I enjoy solving customer problems, improving and simplifying work processes so that we all can focus on what really matters. I achieve this by using my social- and analytical skills, and a structured problem-solving approach learned from Lean Six Sigma. As I started off my career in Finance & Accounting, I was always looking for ways to do things better, easier. Being responsible for the financial results, I was searching for the "right button" to push for better outcomes. Becoming a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma widened my influence on the financial performance of any organization, so I combined my Financial and Technical background with new and effective tools. My personal and professional experiences at 30 companies from different sectors have thought me the following about myself: I can successfully help companies between $5M and $250M annual revenue to make a shift towards a continually improving organization- I put the customer at the center of all that I do - I communicate easily at every level of the organization - I am patient but determined to follow up and follow-through I am able to educate and coach others to solve operational problems in every area of the business- I seek to understand others before I want to be understood - I am not judging but using facts and figures - I am open to new idea's to be tested I can align, lead and grow teams to excel and improve financial results - I focus on quality and efficiency improvements because they will bring long-term financial benefits - I believe in the knowledge and dedication of my team to change things for the better - I encourage and demand professionalism in our work, that is to be achieved with continuous learning I enjoy meeting new people and hearing new ideas.
