About Peter Hermes

I started my career at different famous world class supplier - areas for Paper - Board and Textile machinery and equipments like VOITH, SULZER, KLEINEWEFERS. I could proceed this interesting and challenging journey by starting at Stora Enso, here at the Paper Division at the Packaging Division and now finally at Packaging Solutions Division. I had the opportunity to work with almost all machine supplier technology systems in our Paper and Board industry, here from Appleton - Beloit to Wärtsila etc, was part of prototype - fore runner startups of our industry at Multi Nip Calenders, Profile Rolls, Winding - Reeling Technology, Tail Threading etc- what are now State of the Art Processes of the whole industry. Finally the web trouble shooting at our print customers comes as well into my proffession. I was part of a Divisional Boost, Operation and Productivity Team here I was strong in leading, coaching and training of mill teams and to develop our people in the mills. I worked world wide and was able to learn many things and met inspiring people. This experiences is a hugh source in my daily work life, here human wise and of course skill wise. Due to my world wide field experiences I am now an unique and high requested specialist in my business area, I act strongly result driven under heavy pressure of trouble shooting, lead production teams to best results in our running development projects. I am thankful for this unique personel development possibility in my life and enjoy to share my experiences to others in my daily expert trouble shooting / operation development projects and to our project partners in the mills.
