I have over 11 years of experience as a Team Leader and Team Manager for companies where leading, motivating, engaging, supporting of people and also customer focus plays an important part. My priority has always been about having the wright people for the right job. By making sure that people like to come to work because of the team spirit and work they do is very important. I have an experience in leading and motivating an individual person as well as the whole team. I am open, friendly, reliable, results driven, curious and customer centric type of person. As a ContactOne Manager in Swiss Re I created Call cards for our recorded calls for feedback and improvement purpose which led to the positive customer experience. The call cards where appreciated by other team managers and used globally. I have also reduced number of calls and tickets for specific HR topic that was incorrectly used and was creating unnecessary contacts from customers. After contacting the application team, HR team responsible for the topic and providing them suggestions the corrections where implemented. This has significantly decreased the number of calls and tickets from 30 (collected in 1 week) to 0 after the new roll-out. As a Team leader for Seller Support in Amazon I was responsible for 13 associates handling all types of questions from sellers selling on Amazon. Part of my job as a Team leader for Amazon besides running interviews was also screening of new possible candidates, so I was able to choose the right candidates from the beginning that would fit for our position. I would like to go along this path where my experience can bring results to a team and a company. Either help with the hiring or improving, motivating, developing already existing employees. My expectations for a new job would be in Sectors and Industries as Human Resources, Customer Support, Retail/Warehouse industry for positions such as Team Leader, Team Manager, Back office Manager.
