Winchester Private Finance is a 50:50 JV between Capmezz and WCF. It focuses on sourcing cashflow funding, equity and MBO for SMEs. Sancus -(Peters Previous role) As Director of Property finance my role is to lead on an ambitious program which will see Sancus become a significant player in the bridging, development and commercial market. Sancus Finance Ltd are part of a wider group with a very strong balance sheet and the backing of an AIM listed parent - with a consolidated net worth of £90m (at 31/12/16). This means you can be 100% sure that we are well funded, but it also means that we can look at bespoke commercial solutions across both property and cash flow finance. We will lend on property across the whole of the UK, Ireland and the Channel Islands and are happy to consider bridging, refurbishment, HMO conversion, PDR projects, new build residential and commercial development. We don't have a minimum or maximum loan or complicated matrix of products and rates. Instead we listen to our clients, value our introducers and take a commercial approach to finding a bespoke solution.
