Peter Iliopoulos is a seasoned senior executive with strong leadership skills and financial acumen and literacy accompanied by broad international exposure in an entrepreneurial environment in the manufacturing, financial and service sectors. Peter possesses extensive experience with leadership roles across a wide spectrum of areas including taxation, ESG, corporate communications, governmental relations and enterprise risk management primarily with publicly traded companies. Peter is a critical thinker and innovative problem solver with board level leadership competencies including chairing committees and business critical task forces. Peter is also recognized for his corporate governance expertise and interaction with Board of Directors. Key strategic initiatives include the management and development of complex international tax structures, the successful execution of international trade projects in collaboration with multiple government jurisdictions, the development and best in class recognition of industry leading ESG/sustainability program and the successful implementation of business continuity and crisis management plans. Peter has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Graduate Diploma in Public Accountancy from McGill University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant. He has served on multiple boards including the Sustainable Apparel Coalition and the National Council of Textile Organizations. Outside of work, Peter enjoys playing squash and spending time with his family.
