About Peter Ilton

I started working in the finance industry in May 2012, when I was employed at Ogier Fiduciary Services Limited ("OFSL"), a global financial services business based in Jersey, as a trainee administrator in the International Finance Team. I was promoted to Administrator in Januaty 2014. Throughout my time at OFSL (which became Elian following a management buy out in 2014), I worked on a number of medium and large corporate debt structures, including assisting in the establishment of some collateralised loan obligations (CLOs), administering an incorporated cell company structure, and carrying out corporate secretarial duties for companies based in Jersey, Ireland and Cayman Islands. In 2015, I moved to the Private Client department at RBC, where I assisted in the administration of a number of different entities, this time including trusts, in a number of different jurisdictions. In January 2017, I moved to Volaw Group, and am now managing a varied portfolio of trusts and companies which perform various different tasks including holding real estate, investment portfolios, and providing finance for commercial asset purchases. My day to day responsibilities range from aranging meetings, preparing documentation and dealing with tax advisors, to corresponding with third party service providers and facilitating the settlement of expenses. Volaw Group rebranded as VG with effect from 18 September 2017.
