About Peter Inglis

I’m a partner in Dentons’ Corporate group, focused on corporate finance, private equity and mergers & acquisitions. This expertise and my related focus on corporate governance issues allows me to provide creative solutions for clients to build and grow their businesses and to help them solve the most complex problems and challenges their businesses are confronted by. I advise clients on corporate finance, public company, regulatory compliance, corporate governance and securities and commission investigation matters. I have completed the Canadian Securities Course and have served in various capacities, including Chair, with the Securities Law subsection of the Canadian Bar Association (Alberta North). I have completed the Directors Education Program (DEP) jointly developed and conducted by the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) and the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and achieved the related ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD). I’m a longtime member of the organizing committee for the Annual Day of Golf for the Cross Cancer Institute in support of cancer research and treatment initiatives in Alberta. I support various sports groups, including SWAT Hockey, SouthWest Zone Hockey, as a lawyer and as a coach and volunteer.
