With over 25 years of operating in safety, HS & E, management and supervisory roles, I have demonstrated strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, supervise, direct, and train staff and contractors. Due to my hands on experience I have grown into a motivated leader with the ability to meet goals and objectives with ease. I have worked in several supervisory and management roles, focusing on HS & E and safety policy. Having worked across various industries including civil construction, pipeline installation and wastewater treatment plants has given me a broad scope of knowledge and understanding. I pride myself on communication, cultural heritage awareness, interpersonal and negotiation skills, customer relations, liaising and experience working with local, state and federal government regulators. One of my key strengths lies in ensuring that company personnel, employees and contractors observe and follow established safety practices and guidelines.
