Peter accrued his notable depth of experience since his first job in sales training, and a dream of getting into advertising. He realised his dream when appointed MD of an advertising agency, yet this role is only one of many that Peter has held in a diverse range of industry sectors in Australia, NZ and Asia. His curiosity has taken him through 4 careers, each one building to the next – sales, marketing, advertising, and now organisational development. Peter understood from his experiences that without people there is no enterprise. Since co-founding Viventé Australia in he found his forte working directly with individual leaders, managers, and teams to enable them to become all they are capable of being. Peter tailor designs and facilitates leadership programs for client’s needs including strategic advice and coaching, organisational culture, developing influence, values based and adaptive leadership, and building high performance in teams. Clients include NBN Co, Westpac Bank, Audit Office of NSW, Dept of Industry, Baycorp, Adviserfp among others. Peter is a board member at Two Men and A Truck, and advisor to other businesses.
