I have over twenty years of experience in the oil and gas industry, where I have honed my core competencies in supply and trading, procurement, inventory management, contract negotiation, and change management. My mission is to ensure supply resilience, optimize value from surplus products, and facilitate smooth transitions to new business models. In my most recent role as Contracts and Trading Manager at Z Energy NZ, I managed the importation of refined finished petroleum product to the ports to satisfy Z's total demand requirements since the closure of the local refinery in New Zealand. I was involved in the transition to a full import model, which tripled the import volumes and required new contracts and agreements. I also supported the integration of Z Energy with AMPOL Australia, which acquired Z Energy in May 2022. I used my analytical skills, market awareness, and process improvement skills to deliver optimal results for the company and its customers.
